Employment conditions

Excellent primary and secondary employment conditions at a significant organization based on 36-40 hours per week (including 13th month, 3% own pension contribution and the option of two working days at home with a full-time employment contract).


   The role

You support and assist the new Chairman of the Executive Board of Royal Cosun UA, 1:1 and from A-Z! There is a strong focus on proactivity, monitoring progress, thinking along and ahead and identifying, initiating and coordinating actions to be taken.

As to your activities, you can a.o. think of:

  • Role of sparring partner;
  • First point of contact, both internally and externally;
  • Complex calendar and time management;
  • Preparing, planning, organizing, coordinating and taking minutes of board meetings;
  • Organizing and coordinating varioius other meetings, trips, events and calls;
  • Monitoring the follow-up of action items and decisions;
  • Streamlining, structuring and ensuring a smooth daily work flow;
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of processes, procedures and regulations;
  • Screening and organizing information, calls and e-mails;
  • Resolving most questions and problems independently, taking or coordinating the most appropriate action, referring only the most complex issues to higher levels;
  • Preparing presentations, e-mails and documents;
  • Receiving guests and visitors;
  • E-archiving;
  • All other recurrent broad-based Support and Assistance.

   Position requirements

The ideal candidate

You are an energetic professional with an international mindset and high values and standards. Passionate about events, technology, data and working in a fast-paced environment. You are nimble, highly accurate and an expert in the field of connecting people, both within and outside your team. You have excellent interpersonal skills and proceed structured and well-organized. It goes without saying that you are proactive, immune to stress and a true teamplayer! Half-a-word is sufficient for you and you easily place matters into perspective, also during peak load. You have previously demonstrated your ability to handle confidential information while maintaining your professionalism. You have a well-developed sense of business politics and diplomacy. You have a sparkling personality and show a natural business interest. Experience & Qualifications

  • Interested in and affinity with the plant-innovative quality world of Royal Cosun UA;
  • Education: Preferably pre-university education VWO, followed by minimally a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Support, Business Administration (MBA), Hotel or Hospitality Management;
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a professional environment;
  • Proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written);
  • Proficient in MsOffice and iBabs; tech-savvy;
  • Fulltime available (36-40 hours/week);
