The Role
As Site Manager, you hold end-to-end operational responsibility for SpaWeesp within the framework of BeWellness, The Unique Wellness Collection. You directly manage six department heads (Beauty/Reception, Executive Chef, Floor Manager, Technical Services, Housekeeping, and Facilities), and provide indirect leadership to the entire team.
You are visibly and professionally present on the floor, with a strong focus on team engagement, process optimisation, progress monitoring and an exceptional guest experience. You report to the national Director of Operations and maintain regular contact with the BeWellness CEO as well.
Your key responsibilities include, among others:
- Providing inspiring and goal-oriented leadership;
- Optimising staffing and operational workflows;
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality and safety standards;
- Monitoring the accurate recording of revenue and expenses;
- Managing external relationships with local authorities, provincial bodies, and associations;
- Drafting and maintaining policy documents (including risk assessments, safety and swim plans);
- Contributing to strategic discussions and improvement proposals within the national operations team;
- Streamlining daily operations and handling broader managerial responsibilities.
The Ideal Candidate
You bring several years of experience in a comparable management role within hospitality, leisure, or a premium service environment. You are professional, entrepreneurial, decisive, and solution- and people-oriented. You naturally radiate calm, energy and leadership.

The ideal candidate identifies strongly with the following criteria and competencies.
Criteria
- Affinity with premium hospitality and wellness;
- Higher professional education (Bachelor’s degree), preferably in Hotel Management, Facility Management or a related field;
- At least five years of leadership experience in a professional, client-focused setting;
- Excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written);
- Highly proficient with Office 365 and Teams, proficiency with Nostradamus is a plus;
