Bevaplast BV is a thriving Dutch company engaged in the development and supply of private label medical and sports medical products. This includes items such as plasters, bandages, first aid kits, blister care, tapes, bandages, and hot-cold therapies. They also offer various products related to outdoor and sports experiences, customized to fit any brand style and requirements. With two locations, they serve almost every sector of the European market, ranging from drugstores, retail chains, healthcare professionals to sports stores and automotive companies. Private label in the broadest sense of the word! Every day, approximately 40 enthusiastic professionals work towards the distinctive concept of “Showing what is possible when you can move freely.” At the beautiful main location of Bevaplast in Arnhem, with around 35 employees, a 1:1 vacancy has arisen for a professional, proactive, and collaborative Personal Assistant to the CEO.

   The role

As a Personal Assistant to the CEO of Bevaplast in Arnhem, you will provide comprehensive support, ensuring proactive progress monitoring, strategic thinking, and coordination of all necessary actions.

Some of your responsibilities will involve:

  • Being a business and sparring partner;
  • Managing the CEO’s agenda, time, emails, and travel arrangements;
  • Planning, preparing, organizing, coordinating, and taking minutes during various meetings, events, and calls, including follow-up monitoring;
  • Familiarizing yourself with processes, procedures, and regulations;
  • Project management;
  • Co-managing Facility, IT, and Office Management at the Arnhem location (external partners are involved)
  • Coordinating the creation of legal agreements;
  • Delivering presentations;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date executive contact database;
  • E-archiving;
  • Handling other general business support tasks as required.
 

   Position requirements

You are cheerful, professional, and decisive! You thrive on ensuring smooth operations for both your manager and the organization. You strongly identify with the organization’s goals and values. You are honest, innovative, energetic, detail-oriented, and work in a structured manner. Naturally, you are tech-savvy, proactive, resilient, and capable of functioning both independently and as part of a team. In short, you have a passion for the role of Personal Assistant and are fully committed to supporting your manager and the organization in achieving sustainable excellence. You are exceptionally adaptable and impactful!

Criteria

  • Interest in and affinity for the world of Bevaplast;
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (e.g., Bachelor’s in Business Administration, MBA, or Schoevers MBA Executive Support);
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a professional environment;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English (good command of German is a plus);
  • Proficiency in MS Office; tech-savvy;
  • Available to work 36-40 hours per week;
  • Strong desire to contribute to the mission of “Showing what is possible when you can move freely”!
