The role
As a First-class Top Personal Assistant, you will support and assist a responsible Chief Family Officer. This Chief Family Officer is associated with some of the Netherlands’ most reputable UHNW-Top Entrepreneurs. You will provide 1:1 support and assistance from A to Z. This role, located at the headquarters of an independent, nationally operating Multi-Family Office, demands the highest degree of professionalism, task management, and discretion.

Employment conditions and weekly hours
Excellent primary and secondary employment conditions within a dynamic and inspiring environment, based on a permanent employment contract for 36-40 hours per week. These conditions may include excellent compensation (depending on experience and background), a 13th-month salary, a generous pension plan, and a well-equipped workspace, both at the Multi-Family Office and with the necessary tools for remote work, if needed.
Your responsibilities
Some of your main responsibilities will consist of:
- Acting as a business and sparring partner;
- Being the primary point of contact, both internally and externally;
- Optimally streamlining and structuring daily operations;
- Refined email, calendar, time, and travel management, including chauffeur services and coordination with the home front;
- Preparing, planning, organizing, coordinating, and documenting meetings and calls, including follow-up monitoring (MT: 1x per week, Shareholders: 2x per year, and Advisory Board: 2x per year);
- Project and expense management, including verifying and authorizing payments and management coordination;
- Handling emails and coordinating information flows;
- Deepening your knowledge of processes, procedures, and regulations;
- Keeping the CRM and E-archiving system up-to-date;
- Assisting in managing and, where possible, further professionalizing the office organization;
- All other business support tasks as needed.

You are discreet and flexible, with approximately ten years of relevant work experience, ready to utilize your expertise to support and assist a Chief Family Officer. You are energetic and have an entrepreneurial mindset with high values and standards. In emergencies or sudden changes, you are available 24/7. You are tech-savvy, passionate about working in a professional high-end environment, and agile. Connecting stakeholders, both internally and externally, is your specialty, and you work with precision and accuracy. Making the life of a responsible professional run smoothly, is “a sport” for you. Naturally, you are proactive, resilient, and excel both in a team and independently. You quickly put matters into perspective and are well-able to maintain composure, even under time pressure. You have a natural interest in business, are diplomatic, and enjoy being the driving force behind the success of a high-performance niche player.

More specifically, you meet the following criteria and possess the following competencies:
Criteria
- Higher/university level of education and thinking; for example, a completed Higher Hotel Management degree (BBA or MHM), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor or Master of Accountancy (BBA or MAcc), and/or MBA Executive Support;
- Approximately ten years of relevant work experience in a professional environment;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken;
- Good command of the German language is a plus;
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with Office 365 and Afas (knowledge of Bloxs Real Estate Management Software is a plus);
- You are eager to join a top team for the long term!
