As Next-Level Assistant Executive Board, you will provide world-class executive support and assistance to the Board of Directors of one of the largest international spa and wellness groups based in the Netherlands. This key position at the international headquarters in Gelderland demands the highest level of professionalism, discretion, reliability, and organizational insight. You will report functionally to the CEO and operationally to the Director of Operations.

Role
As to this role’s main responsibilities, you can expect:
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Executive Board;
- Manage complex email, calendar, and time management;
- Screen, filter, and prioritize incoming information and calls;
- Solve most inquiries independently, escalating only the most complex issues;
- Optimize processes and ensure smooth daily operations;
- Plan and organize high-level meetings and appointments, including follow-ups;
- Take minutes, track action points and decisions, ensuring execution and follow-through;
- Identify efficiency and process improvement opportunities;
- Prepare high-quality presentations, emails, and documents;
- Implement office and workflow improvements;
- Provide comprehensive project support to the Executive Board.

You effortlessly navigate a demanding, high-paced boardroom environment. As a high-caliber professional with an international mindset, you have exceptional executive support expertise, a strong ethical compass, and excel in stakeholder management at the highest level. You take ownership, think analytically, act decisively, and maintain control and structure—even under pressure.
You work autonomously with minimal direction, demonstrating sharp attention to detail, corporate dynamics, and confidential matters. You are forward-thinking, business-savvy, and deeply passionate about luxury spa and wellness.
The ideal candidate meets the following criteria and possesses the corresponding competencies:
Criteria
- Proven affinity with the international spa and wellness industry;
- Preferably VWO, followed by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Executive Support, Hotel Management, or Business Administration;
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a professional, high-level environment;
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); German is a plus;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and digital tools;
- Passionate about executive support and assistance at boardroom level;
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
