As Next-Level Junior Assistant Executive Board, you will play a key supportive role at the international headquarters in Gelderland. You will ensure the smooth execution of operational and administrative processes and actively contribute to the further professionalisation of board-level support. In this position, you will work closely with — and report directly to — the Assistant Executive Board.

Role
You will be responsible for providing operational assistance to the Executive Board, with a strong focus on administrative processes and internal organisation. Your key responsibilities include assisting in the following areas:

Finance: providing light executive assistance to the Finance Director;

HR: drafting and managing staff schedules, timesheets, and sick leave administration;

Facilities: ordering uniforms, office supplies, printed materials, and other necessities;

Procurement: managing the central procurement mailbox, fleet administration, and incoming invoices.
To ensure optimum continuity and quality in board-level support, you will work closely with the Assistant Executive Board, to whom you will also report.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is accurate, independent, and enjoys organising and streamlining processes. You are service-minded, feel at home in a fast-paced, professional environment, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly. You are proactive, eager to learn, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. You anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities with ease, and always maintain oversight.
You meet the following criteria and possess the associated competencies:
Criteria
- Affinity with high-end hospitality and/or wellness;
- Preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Executive Support, Hotel Management, or Business Administration;
- A few years of relevant experience in a professional environment;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken; German is a plus;
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 and digital tools;
- Passionate about executive support and assistance at boardroom level;
- Available full-time (40 hours per week).
