Your new role
As a dedicated business assistant you will assist a successful and inspiring tender manager and (general) manager Sales & Marketing. The opportunity to be able to personally contribute to their success gives you a great deal of energy. As well as ensuring a diverse, impactful contribution to the organization’s larger picture. You assist in tender management, contract entry and contract entry management. You study inventory management and make decisions. You plan, organize and take note of Sales Meetings and monitor the correct follow-up. You organize participation in national congresses and symposia and plan, prepare and contribute to the various tasks involved. In short, a diverse and innovative role with impact! In addition, you use your excellent time management skills to ensure that your professionals efficiently meet their deadlines and goals. You are administratively strong, have mastered Excel and SAP down to the last detail and are punctual, accurate and proactive.
What do you bring?
As a business assistant, you have 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a supportive, but independent role. Such as business assistant, PA, office manager or project manager. These types of roles and working with Excel, SAP and formulas have always appealed to you. File management experience is an advantage. In addition, you have a demonstrable professional and intellectual ability at the level of higher professional education and university and you are able to organize your time well, to keep your head cool and to remain punctual and structured. Also during peak load. You are proactive and accurate in everything you do – always a few steps ahead – and an organizational talent. Bringing accuracy and punctuality to the professionals you assist represents an inviting challenge for you. In addition, you are adept at writing quotations, linking products and prices and using information from the past in a correct manner. Finally, you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.

For excellent remuneration, an additional holiday allowance of 8%, an employer contribution of € 50.00 per month, travel allowance (if applicable), non-contributory pension, 33 vacation days per annum and the opportunity to complete this role in 32, 36 or 40 hours per week (the latter is strongly preferred).
